Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses levelshaper.com. By creating an account, generating a game or an image, or buying credits, you agree to them.

Who we are

LevelShaper is an independently operated online service that makes AI-assisted tools for building Roblox games. "We", "us" and "LevelShaper" mean the operator of levelshaper.com. LevelShaper is operated by its founder as a sole trader, not as a company.

LevelShaper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and Roblox Studio are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

Four mailboxes are monitored, and a person reads all of them:

• support@levelshaper.com — support, billing, refunds, cancellation, and reports of content that breaks our rules.
• legal@levelshaper.com — legal notices and security reports.
• privacy@levelshaper.com — privacy questions, data requests, and requests from parents and guardians.
• dmca@levelshaper.com — copyright and trademark complaints.

What the service is

LevelShaper turns a short description into Roblox game content. The main tool, the game maker, produces a Roblox place file (.rbxlx) that you can open in Roblox Studio, together with a 3D preview in your browser and AI-generated thumbnails and icons. Related tools generate thumbnails, icons, GFX renders, GUI assets and Luau scripts. Tools that are not reachable from the site are offline, and nothing about them is sold.

LevelShaper is a software-as-a-service product delivered over the internet. There is nothing to install on our side and nothing is shipped to you. When a payment is confirmed, the credits or plan you bought are added to your account immediately.

What comes out is AI-generated starting material. It may be incomplete, contain bugs, look like other people's work, or be unsuitable for your purpose, and you should review and test it in Roblox Studio before you publish anything. We may change, add or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where that is possible.

Models we use

LevelShaper is built on top of third-party AI models, reached through hosting providers such as fal.ai, OpenRouter, OpenAI and Replicate. We may change these models as better ones appear. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these companies; their names and trademarks belong to them.

Who may use LevelShaper

• 13 and over. You may create an account if you are at least 13 years old.
• Under 13. LevelShaper is not directed at children under 13. A child under 13 may only use LevelShaper with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must create and manage the account and who is responsible for the child's use of it. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13 and was created without that consent, we close it and delete its data (see the privacy policy).
• Purchases. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase, to buy credits or a plan.
• If the age of digital consent where you live is higher than 13, that age applies instead.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@levelshaper.com as soon as you notice unauthorized use.

Your relationship with Roblox

Anything you publish on Roblox is subject to Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards, and to Roblox's moderation. You are responsible for checking that a game, image or script you generate here complies with those rules before you upload it. We have no control over Roblox's decisions about your content or your Roblox account, and a Roblox moderation action is not grounds for a refund from us.

Plans, credits and billing

The free tier grants a starting balance of credits and needs no card.

Paid options are:

• Credit packs — a one-time purchase that tops up your balance.
• Design Pass — a one-time purchase covering 30 days of Pro plus the credits that come with it. Nothing renews.
• Pro monthly and Pro yearly — subscriptions billed in advance for the period you choose.

How payment is taken

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and is named at checkout. Your card details go to them and are never stored on our servers; we receive the order result and the payment record they return. Prices are shown before checkout, and any applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Recurring charges

By starting a Pro subscription you authorise the payment processor to charge your payment method the subscription price at the start of each billing period — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — automatically, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro and your remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for. If you would rather we cancelled it for you, email support@levelshaper.com and we will.

Credits granted by a subscription period or by a Design Pass expire when that period or pass ends. Credits you buy in a top-up pack do not expire while your account is active.

Refunds

Credit packs and the Design Pass

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the credits have been used. "Used" means spent on any credit-priced action. Credits that the system refunded back to your balance (a failed generation, something we removed after review) do not count as used. A refunded Design Pass ends immediately.

Pro subscriptions

• Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. We do not prorate a cancellation mid-period.
• First period or a renewal you did not intend. If you ask within 14 days of the charge and have not used any of the credits granted by that period, we refund it in full. A refunded period's credits are removed from your balance.

Credits already consumed are not refundable

Generation costs us money the moment you press the button, so credits spent on a delivered result are not refundable. The exceptions are automatic:

• A rejected prompt is never charged. The content screen runs before any credit is spent.
• A failed generation is refunded to your balance.
• Content removed after review is refunded on request — email support with the link.

Statutory rights

If consumer law where you live gives you a right of withdrawal — for example the 14-day right in the EU and the UK — nothing here limits it. By using credits before that period ends you ask us to start delivering the digital service immediately and acknowledge that the withdrawal right may no longer apply to the part already used.

How to request a refund

Email support@levelshaper.com from the address on your account, with the order number from Settings → Orders. We reply within two business days and, where a refund is due, issue it through the original payment method.

Content rules and moderation

Every prompt is screened by an automated content-safety check before it reaches a model, and every generated image is screened before it can appear anywhere public. Results remain subject to human review after they are made. The full rules are on the content policy page.

You may not generate, or attempt to generate, content that is sexual, that sexualises minors in any way, that promotes hate or extremism, that depicts real people without their consent, that facilitates harm, or that copies someone else's copyrighted characters, logos or games. You also agree not to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the service. We may reject prompts, remove content, and suspend accounts that repeatedly try to route around the screen.

What you generate

• You own your results. As between you and us, you own the game files, images, scripts and other output you generate with LevelShaper, and you may use, modify, publish and monetise them — including on Roblox — subject to these terms, to Roblox's rules, and to any third-party rights in what you asked for.
• No exclusivity. AI models can produce similar output for different people. We do not promise that your result is unique, and we cannot give you rights in material that someone else already owns.
• Our licence to operate the service. You give us a licence to store, process and display your prompts and results so that we can provide the service to you. Results made on the free tier are public by default and may be shown in LevelShaper galleries, without your name or email; results made on Pro or during a Design Pass are private.
• What you upload. If a tool accepts an upload, you must have the right to use it, and you give us the same limited licence to process it for you.

Intellectual property

The site, the software behind it, the LevelShaper name and brand, and the content we publish are ours, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you. Roblox, Roblox Studio and related marks belong to Roblox Corporation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, contain bugs, be unoriginal or be unsuitable for your purpose, and we do not warrant that it will be otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any action Roblox takes on content you publish there.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, announced through the service. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you already made.
